Terms and Conditions

Minimums:

There are no minimum order requirements for our regular line merchandise. There are no additional charges for small orders. Please feel free to order as many or as few items as you need.

Payment Terms:

C.O.D. or prepayment is required on most orders. We accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and American Express. Net terms are available to qualified companies.

Shipping:

All orders shipped U.P.S. unless requested otherwise. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from receipt of the order. Merchandise will not be shipped to past due accounts. All orders FOB Moundville, AL.

Returns:

The quality of our merchandise is 100% guaranteed. Your satisfaction is our top priority. All return requests must be made within 15 days from receipt of merchandise. We will not accept altered items for return. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns that are not a result of our error.

Private Label and Special Orders:

We will be glad to produce custom products to your specifications. Requirements for custom orders will vary. Please call for further information.

Fabrics:

We make every effort to maintain continuity of color, but we cannot assure exact shade matching due to variance in dye lots.

All items 100% guaranteed for quality of materials and workmanship. No minimum order requirements. Most items in stock for immediate shipment.
